Introduction of new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jftc.go.jp\/houdou\/pressrelease\/2019\/dec\/191217_kiketu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M&amp;A review policy<\/a>, however, may not be quite a significant development as the media hyped up.
